Our client, a leading organization in the corporate support sector, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong organizational skills, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Target pay rate is $33.77 per hour
What's the Job?
- Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees
- Maintain key records and compile data for reports
- Assist with budget-related administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for executives
- Prepare expense reports, edit executive presentations, and coordinate travel arrangements
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Minimum of 9+ years of relevant administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Advanced skills in general administrative software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously
- Strong independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills
