URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVERS! TheKey is seeking caregivers to join the team in Santa Clara, CA. Schedule: Part Time / Full Time. Pay: $20.00/Hr - $25.00/Hr. Become a Caregiver with TheKey and earn top pay rates while building a meaningful career in a growing industry.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver for TheKey, provide 1:1 assistance to clients with daily living activities inside their homes.
• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire) including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and must be eligible to work in the US.
