Occupational Therapist – San Jose, CA | 6–8 Hour Day Shifts

Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide care in a supportive and collaborative rehab setting in San Jose, California. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, productivity, and patient-centered care.

Position Overview

• Location: San Jose, CA
• Shift: 6–8 hours per day
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility
• Productivity Requirement: 90%
• Duration: 13-week assignment (with potential extension)
• EMR System: Rehab Optima experience preferred
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license
• Previous SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team
