American Express is looking for detail-oriented and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into internal databases and CRM systems.

  • Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and corrections.

  • Generate reports and compile data for management upon request.

  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless data processing and error resolution.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and customer information.

  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks.

  • Stay up to date with data entry procedures and company guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus.

  • Exceptional typing skills with a high level of accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Comfortable learning and using new software systems quickly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Dependable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role is preferred.

  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, or enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Flexible working hours available between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)

  • Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
