Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $116,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Sell Optiv security services and security technology solutions to a select set of strategic accounts (typically less than 20) within the Greater Denver Area.
- Own and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle within assigned accounts and lead a cross-functional team to build and execute a multi-year strategic account management plan for top accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g., Solutions Architect, Client Operations Specialist, services practices personnel) as appropriate for each account.
- Engage clients with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction, understanding their business, technology, and security goals, and documenting expectations of Optiv to support those goals.
- Review goals, expectations, and progress with top clients quarterly, engaging Optiv leadership and resources as necessary to stay on track to achieve or exceed client-defined goals.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in product or services-based sales in a technology company, ideally cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to build and execute territory and account prospecting plans and a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional resources such as sales, pre-sales technical support, and other support personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with executives and sponsors within assigned accounts.
- Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Negotiation experience.
- History of exceeding plan and expectations.
Salary Range Description
The Hiring Range provided for this role is informed by responsibilities, work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, geography, and other market factors when extending an offer. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for these factors. This role may be eligible to participate in a variable incentive-based bonus plan. Optiv offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, of which salary is a component.
