Role Overview

The Technical Project Manager (PMP/CSM) will oversee the implementation, deployment, expansion, and go-live of multiple Cyber Security/Network Security platforms within an enterprise healthcare environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, PMP, CSM certifications, and proven experience in tech project management within an Agile setting. Prior management of CyberSecurity/Network Security projects is preferred. The role supports a leading Medical Device cybersecurity program, safeguarding medical devices across numerous hospitals and medical facilities nationwide, focusing on minimizing cyberattack risks and protecting PHI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Network Security projects (network segmentation, cybersecurity, IAM, PAM implementation).
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and support business cases and workstreams.
• Lead various complex projects across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Act as Scrum Master for several teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and maintaining Agile metrics.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau for project tracking and reporting.
• Develop and present weekly status updates and project progress to executive management.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience.
• Certifications: PMP and CSM, with current Agile expertise.
• At least 5+ years of experience in technical project management, especially in systems implementation.
• Experience managing projects using JIRA, Confluence, and delivering project metrics.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Cyber Security, Network Security, IAM, and related practices.
• Experience with Cybersecurity projects involving implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, especially in Network Security, Cyber Security, and Security Monitoring.
• Exposure to CyberArk PAM, Armis, Airwall micro-firewall, and network segmentation technologies.

• Hourly rate: $45-65/hr, based on skills and experience.
