Overview

Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a Turndown Attendant to join the housekeeping team. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a luxury brand within a Fortune 500 company. The hotel is a 23-story tower with 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service to include, but not limited to, partially removing and storing bedcover, fulfilling specified guest preferences (e.g. filling ice bucket), and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies
