As a leader in painting and injection processes, the plant has an average production capacity of 4.5 million rear view mirrors.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Cookeville, TN. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of production, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This includes managing production schedules, supervising production staff, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvements, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, leadership, and team coordination
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and scheduling
• Skills in quality control, safety standards compliance, and resource management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
