Join us as we help people all over the world thrive at work.**Position Summary**Production Planner plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by facilitating effective workload planning and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing inputs to help production teams optimize scheduling and resource allocation. The planner manages the Production Request Channel (PRC), ensuring timely and accurate responses to order fulfillment inquiries and production-related questions from other departments. Additionally, the Production Planner I contributes to cross-departmental projects to improve operational flow and eliminating waste, driving continuous improvement across the organization.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.* Monitor the Production Request Channel tickets, by updating production timelines, answering questions, and hosting communication on the tickets.* Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material and equipment availability.* Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate changes, disruptions, or delays.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and cross-functional projects**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, or related field preferred.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.**Preferred Skills*** Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.* Familiar with excel, tableau, SAP and Jira/Confluence**Work Environment*** Office and manufacturing floor settings.* Onsite Monday - Friday.
