Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Gpac is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our RTE food manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing production employees, managing operations on the lines, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead production employees and oversee daily operations to meet production goals
- Monitor throughput, yield, and production reports
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and food safety standards
- Oversee scheduling, attendance, and performance management for team members
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Safety, QA, and Maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement while fostering a positive, safe, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of food manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in production/operations
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and food safety standards
- Experience with Tray Sealer, Thermoforming, or Flow Wrapping a plus
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
