Confidential is hiring: Production Planner in Cleveland

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Planner to join our manufacturing team and keep production running smoothly, on time, and on budget. In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules, align resources, and ensure materials are ready to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and inventory levels
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor material availability and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Track progress on work orders and adjust plans as needed
• Use ERP/MRP systems to keep production data accurate and up to date
• Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost savings

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing workflows
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
