Job Description

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow on the production floor, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and workflows are streamlined. Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, organizes and monitors workflow.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel
• Establishes priorities and monitors progress
• Revises schedules and resolves issues
• Reports results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
• Communicates with and assists other manufacturing groups as needed

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior supervisory experience
• Experience in production planning, time/process management
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Demonstrated experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Safety focused
• Self-motivated and results driven approach
