We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and hardworking Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in film production workflow and be comfortable handling logistics and operations on set.

Requirements

• Must be Los Angeles local and available for on-site studio work
• Must have a personal car and able to drive a truck or cargo van
• Previous experience in film/TV/digital production workflows
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

Responsibilities

• Manage time cards with cast & crew
• Oversee crew shifts during prep, shoot, and wrap
• Manage overall production during filming days
• Coordinate with all departments during prep, shoot, and wrap
• Handle expense reports and cost tracking from credit card statements
• Coordinate logistics for on-site & off-site filming
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure on-site safety
• Oversee hiring and scheduling of background actors
• Manage PAs for tasks, runs, and production needs
• Prepare pre-production and filming timelines schedules
• Coordinate rehearsals, recordings, and photoshoots
• Provide overall production and logistical support
• Willing to step into PA tasks as needed by producers
