Help at Home is hiring a Recruiting Specialist. Help at Home is the nation’s leading provider of high-quality support services to seniors and people with disabilities. We help clients live independently at home and coordinate health and care. We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to develop local recruitment strategies, engage with applicants, interview, onboard, and schedule new hires for orientation.

Responsibilities

• Build applicant pools by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and attending local hiring fairs and events
• Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing and interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and selecting candidates to present for offers
• Offer applicants and complete onboarding, including conducting background checks, collecting new hire forms, completing E-Verify, and delivering a complete and compliant new hire file
• Guide applicants through onboarding to ensure compliance and a positive first impression of Help at Home
• Schedule and conduct New Hire orientation on a weekly basis or as needed
• Update the applicant tracking system through each stage of the hiring process
• Act as a brand ambassador and support reputation management by encouraging new hires to complete onboarding
• Collect and report on metrics and data to track hiring progress for assigned branches

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of recruiting experience required
• Some college-level education preferred
