Virtual Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Remote

Duration: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST

Job Overview:

SCOUTSolutions is looking for an independent Virtual Recruiting Coordinator to assist with its daily recruiting activities. This role involves collaborating with team members to help US-based companies attract top talent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support human resources and recruiting processes by managing data accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit candidate data to team members and systems.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates via databases, job boards, social media, etc.
  • Screen resumes, profiles, and applications against job requirements.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews using reliable tools and methods.
  • Build relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Communicate with candidates and team members via email, text, and phone.
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and soft skills.
  • Maintain real-time updates in applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy across databases and spreadsheets.
  • Manage calendars for team members, clients, and candidates.
  • Analyze data accuracy using software tools.
  • Research and identify potential leads for new clients.
  • Provide daily/weekly activity reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Format and clean-up job descriptions and documents.
  • Participate in research projects and document meeting minutes.
  • Ensure quality service following organizational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in American English.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Experience in HR/recruiting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, and ClearanceJobs is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Google Apps is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems or HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Experience with business applications like ATS, Trello, Google Forms, and email campaign tools.
