Advantage Technical is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for a high-impact role in a cutting-edge production environment. Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay Rate: $26.40/hour

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain advanced, automated manufacturing equipment
• Perform setup, basic repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
• Monitor machines using HMIs; clear faults and keep equipment running efficiently
• Ensure raw materials are loaded properly and processes meet quality standards
• Use tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify product accuracy
• Support new product introductions, equipment validations, and process development
• Keep accurate documentation and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve processes
• Technologies You'll Work With: Laser welding, heat staking, ultrasonic welding, Robotic automation and discrete component assembly, PCB testing and handling, and Medical packaging (form/fill/seal), metal stamping, and swaging

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Experience with automated equipment and HMIs
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and quality inspection
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and fast-paced production environment
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or start-up environments is a plus
• Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
