Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introduction (NPI) projects and production line improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with operations, development, and industrial engineering teams to define manufacturing processes, validate equipment and lines, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support activities on new product introduction (NPI) projects including manufacturing line setup, validation, and optimization.
- Partner with operations and development teams to define manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Investigate production line data to identify bottlenecks, assess productivity, and recommend/implement improvements.
- Lead equipment ordering, procurement, assembly, installation, and qualification activities.
- Execute and support process validation protocols for new and existing production lines.
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, industrial engineering, and development teams to ensure smooth NPI project execution.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks, develop contingency plans, and maintain project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, operations, or industrial engineering.
- Experience with new line setups, equipment installations, and process validations preferred.
- Familiarity with E1/E2 environments a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience with equipment qualification and process validation.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify and manage risks while driving continuous improvement.
