Job Overview

The Gloucester City School District is seeking a Night Custodian to perform general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds under the direct supervision of the Director of Facilities.

Position Function: Maintains equipment in functional condition and provides cleaning and custodial assistance to students, teachers, visitors, and others as necessary.

Shift:

Night shift during the school year; day shift during summer

Requirements:

• No physical limitations
• References Required
• Willing to obtain a Black Seal Boiler License

Responsibilities:

• All duties specified in the AFSCME local 3858 contract
• All duties assigned by the Facilities Director or Administration

Salary:

• Starting salary per the AFSCME contract
