Role
Provides efficient, courteous service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled.
- Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service.
- Performs all necessary side work, including polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items, and cutting lemons.
- Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.
- Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications.
- Maintains all proper sanitation practices and knowledge of property information.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
- Knowledge: The level of education, experience, and training an individual must have at minimum to be considered qualified for the position.
- Skills: Specific skills such as computer usage, communication, and math.
- Abilities: The physical components of the job, including lifting, carrying, and standing.
Qualifications
High School diploma general education (GED). Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts, have basic mathematical skills, and project a professional and positive image.
