We’re a prevention-focused practice that values thorough, elevated hygiene care. Our hygienists play a key role in helping patients achieve lasting health, and we’re excited to add another enthusiastic, skilled RDH to our close-knit team.

The Details

• Position: Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist
• Schedule: 2-hour blocks for new patients. 50–60 minutes for established care. Because we believe great care shouldn’t be rushed.
• Hourly Rate: $42 – $50 (based on experience, vibes, and value)

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in TN
• Local Anesthetic & Nitrous Certified (we use it often!)
• Strong communication skills and a love for patient education
• Bonus points if you’ve got a social media presence or love content creation—we love showing off our team!
