Night Shift Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Downingtown, PA
Compensation: $23–$25/hr
Shift: Night Shift | Full-Time | Direct Hire

Our client, a fast-growing name in beverage manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to support their overnight operations. This role is critical to ensuring every product that leaves the facility meets strict safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on syrup, ingredients, and finished products
• Monitor and document food safety and quality throughout the production process
• Operate lab equipment including refractometers, pH meters, CO? meters, temperature probes, and more
• Conduct sanitation verification, allergen testing, and ATP swabbing
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and record logs
• Ensure recipe and processing guidelines are consistently followed
• Communicate deviations or issues promptly to supervisors
• Participate in quality audits and assist with peer training when required
• Support all HACCP, GMP, and company safety protocols

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Experience In Manufacturing Quality Control (preferred)
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMP strongly preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
• Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, and climbing
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed
