Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor pouch line machinery to ensure accurate packaging
• Set up machines at the start of the shift (calibrate temperature, sealing, and cutting settings)
• Control the operating speed and load of equipment to maintain production efficiency
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments and basic troubleshooting during runs
• Supervise, motivate, and train employees in accordance with company policies
• Maintain accurate production records and label packaging according to company standards
• Clean machines and work area during and after shifts, assisting the sanitation team as needed
• Perform other related duties as required by supervisors or management

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• 1+ year of machine operator experience in a food production setting
• Ability to work independently and follow safety and quality guidelines
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and twisting
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:45 PM–6:00 AM
• Overtime: Mandatory as needed, including Saturdays

Pay: $18 per hour
