Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and removing molds for production runs
• Cleaning and prepping machines to keep operations smooth
• Starting up equipment and making sure parts look great and run efficiently
• Teaming up with operators, sharing guidance, and even stepping in when needed
• Keeping an eye on part quality, solving problems on the fly, and hitting production goals
• Staying safe and locked in
• Growing your skills every day and having fun doing it!

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic math and blueprint-reading skills
• Willingness to learn ERP systems
• Safe and steady hands
• Someone who works hard and plays well with others!

You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and staying active. Sometimes you’ll work near machines or outdoors.
