We are currently looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team!

Position Overview

The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and inspecting parts produced on CNC milling or turning machines. This role plays a critical part in producing high-quality components by interpreting blueprints, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring production standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills or lathes) to produce precision parts in accordance with work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements to understand critical dimensions and tolerances.
• Install tools, set work offsets, and verify setup prior to running production jobs.
• Monitor machine operation and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and tool offsets as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inspection results.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
