Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor who is customer-focused and passionate about health and wellness. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading engaging fitness classes of varying levels, ensuring guest safety, and creating a memorable wellness experience that complements their stay at our resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide, teach, and facilitate individual and group exercise instruction for members and guests
• Deliver safe and effective workouts through observation, corrections, and answering questions
• Stay current on fitness techniques, trends, and best practices
• Perform opening and closing procedures, as needed
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional assistance with inquiries and service needs
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, including fitness facilities, studios, locker rooms, and equipment, in line with company and regulatory standards
• Monitor facility use to ensure guest safety and adherence to guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, or group exercise leader (hospitality experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for guest service
• Certification(s) in fitness instruction, personal training, or related specialty (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification (preferred)
• Ability to lead a variety of class formats and fitness levels
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality

Compensation: The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $30.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
