Position Details

• Facility: Carillon Outpatient Wellness Center
• Location: St Petersburg, FL
• Status: PRN (as needed), hourly
• Shift Hours: Classes are between 30 min - 90 min
• Weekend Work: Occasional
• On Call: No

Responsibilities Include

• Leading and performing group exercise classes with confidence and professionalism
• Enthusiastic about group fitness classes and delivering new, fresh, and innovative routines
• Confident in reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others
• A professional who is collaborative, flexible, and a leader in and out of the studio
  
  

Education Required

• High School or GED
  
  

Credentials

• Basic Life Support within 90 days and/or licensed to teach specific formats (AFAA, ACE, ASCM, NETA) licensed/branded formats (Zumba, Les Mills) as needed
• Automated External Defibrillator Certification within 90 days
• Preferred ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
  
  

Experience

• Minimum one year teaching experience actively leading group fitness classes
