Basic Qualifications

- Final SECRET clearance; current security clearance investigation within 6 years from the investigation close date.
- Must be able to maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
- Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705 Tech Spec.
- Knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).

The Work:

Duties will include but are not limited to:

The F-35 Program Security Representative is a critical position located in Orlando, FL. As a representative, you will be responsible for supporting the security efforts of the F-35 program, including development, production, and sustainment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Controlling and managing unclassified and classified material
  • Providing physical security for multiple Special Access Program Facilities
  • Controlling access and badging to all F-35 areas in specified facilities
  • Providing escort services when required
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities
  • Providing assistance and support for classified meetings
  • Managing personnel files, including visitor access requests, program access requests, and file reviews

Desired skills

  • Experience working within a Special Access Program (SAP) environment or Special Access Program Facility (SAPF)
  • Knowledge of the F-35 Program
  • Experience with classified material control, inventory, marking, and management
  • Basic understanding of DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705 Tech Spec
  • Prior Personnel Security experience
  • Experience with access control, badging, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and visitor control
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products
