Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. We have opportunities for all experience levels, whether you're just starting your career or have decades of experience. You might focus on technical infrastructure engineering, develop Infrastructure as Code solutions, or learn more about the systems supporting top healthcare providers.
Infrastructure Engineers specialize in different areas. Experience and/or interest in various technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field
- Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- COVID-19 vaccination
As part of Epic's Hosting team, you'll ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting, including:
- Following policies and procedures and escalating issues when necessary
- Escalating security incidents with relevant information
- Meeting all security responsibilities outlined in policies and procedures
