Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Investigator to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Surveillance Investigator, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, reporting, and mitigating security and risk threats to ensure the safety and security of the organization.

Pay
$21.00 – $27.00 / hour

What Will You Do?
- Prepare timely and complete reports for incidents that may be used in internal matters, legal proceedings, or other organizational cases
- Conduct investigations into security and risk-related events by gathering information, analyzing evidence, and documenting findings in detail
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal departments to facilitate the best outcomes for the organization
- Collaborate with law enforcement and court staff to support investigations and share intelligence that protects team members, guests, and organizational interests
- Perform risk assessments and general liability investigations to identify vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain confidentiality of all security-related information
- Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
More About You
- Law enforcement, security experience, risk management, gaming background, and investigation experience a plus
- Computer skills, including e-mail, spreadsheets, database entry, and record keeping, required
- Basic knowledge and training in investigations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to participate in legal or administrative proceedings if needed
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
