OFFICE COORDINATOR

Location: Onsite – NE Portland, OR

Duration: 4–5 Month Contract

Compensation: $21–$24 per hour, DOE

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: M-F, Full-Time

About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our NE Portland office. This is a full-time, onsite contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for office logistics and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, maintenance, and vendor relations.
  • Coordinate and schedule building projects and office events including catering for lunches, happy hours, and leadership meetings.
  • Manage purchasing and procurement processes, including PO creation and purchasing support.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving, mail handling, and general office upkeep.
  • Provide administrative support for contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain a structured and organized workspace, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deliverables throughout the week.
  • Experience with SAP or similar purchasing systems preferred.
  • Open to candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
