About The Role

The hourly range for this role is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This is a part-time (50%) position based onsite in the Lexington, MA office and reports to the East Coast Managing Director and is part of the Operations Organization based in the United States.

Our Ideal Candidate Will

  • Function as the first point of contact for Genedata employees regarding all topics related to office and working environment
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Maintain the office seating plan in coordination with HR and ensure proper office setup for new joiners
  • Organize all office-related orders and repairs, liaise with office facility management and various suppliers
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Meet and greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls
  • Provide administrative support including the organization of company events and meetings
  • Support employees with travel-related requests
  • Assist with special projects

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Background

  • Bachelor’s degree and business mindset
  • Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
