Are you someone who loves keeping things organized, enjoys helping others, and wants to make a difference every day? At Senior Helpers of North Hudson, we’re looking for a motivated and caring Office Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, from coordinating office activities and assisting with billing and payroll to maintaining files and supporting other departments. Every day will bring something new, and your contributions will directly impact our clients, caregivers, and community.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service

  • Manage calls, emails, and messages with kindness and professionalism.

  • Input client leads into our home care software.

  • Create and send client welcome packets and prospect information.

Billing & Accounts

  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.

  • Maintain records for Long-Term Care, Medicaid, and other programs.

  • Record incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.

Payroll & Recruitment

  • Collect, verify, and organize timesheets for accurate payroll processing.

  • Assist with caregiver hiring, reference checks, and onboarding.

  • Maintain caregiver files and input information into our home care system.

Clerical & Office Support

  • Prepare client and caregiver files, care plan binders, and packets.

  • Sort mail, organize files, and maintain both physical and electronic records.

  • Support other departments and assist with special projects when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office management or similar role

  • Friendly, patient, and approachable personality

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication—both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
