Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Staff to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, assisting with processing payroll and performing other office tasks for our company. Pay rate adjusted for experience.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and enter primary financial data into Quickbooks
- Compute and record numerical data
- Process payroll on Quickbooks
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and other office duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, finance, or other business related fields
- MUST have a good working knowledge and experience using Quickbooks and Excel
- Ability to work independently, to prioritize and multitask
- Strong initiative and organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
