Overview
Office Engineer role at PC Construction Company. Driven and motivated Office Engineers are needed to provide on-site engineering functions, ensuring completion of engineering reviews and approvals. Depending on project needs, assignments may include water treatment projects or buildings projects along the east coast from Maine to Florida.
Leadership Development Program
Office Engineers will have the opportunity to apply to the Leadership Development Program. The program was created over 40 years ago as a blueprint for building future managers from within the company. It is designed for energetic, highly motivated individuals who strive for excellence and are eager to face the demanding expectations of the construction profession.
Through a series of rotations, Engineers in the Leadership Development Track gain knowledge and skills from many facets of the construction industry, with exposure to field engineering, office engineering, scheduling, estimating, and project engineering. These rotations broaden understanding of each facet of the business and provide the foundation for professional development and growth at PC.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous construction experience
- Desire to build a career within the construction industry
- Ability and willingness to travel
