Office Manager role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Field calls/emails from customers, partners, and team members
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
- Intake, dispatch and follow-up of jobs/claims
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
- Handles accounts receivables and payables
- Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team members
- Secures documentation, ensures compliance with all work flow metrics
- Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, Insurance Certificates
- Accounts Receivables: job closing, invoicing and collections
- Assist in managing vehicle fleet upkeep
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
