Rainbow International of Northern Virginia, a growing residential and commercial Water, Fire, Mold restoration company, is looking for an Office Manager to join the team. We are a growth-oriented restoration company that values our employees and provides opportunities for their personal and business success. As a small business, we promote a friendly atmosphere and a hands-on experience for our employees.

Requirements include being outgoing and friendly on the phone, reliable Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, and timely.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Maintain a professional office appearance and environment at all times
• Supervise the staff, Marketing Department
• Payroll, Job Costing, TSheets
• Interviews, Background Check
• Answer the phone in a courteous manner and ascertain the nature of the call/email
• Prepare/send the script for on-call Managers by email monthly
• Track/schedule vehicle maintenance/oil changes on a monthly basis
• Order Office Supplies
• Compliance verification for all programs
• Meetings bi-weekly with Accounts Receivable to help collect payments, contact our collection agency
• Back-up when needed for scheduling

Compensation: 35,000–45,000
