Hallmark Building Corporation is seeking a full-time Office Manager in Charlotte, NC! At Hallmark Building Corp, we are more than just a construction and investment firm. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our projects while ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations.
- $60-$65K – based on experience

What you’ll be doing:
- Performing bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Handling deposits and ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Tracking subcontractor insurance certificates and handling insurance audits.
- Conducting data entry tasks to update and organize financial and project-related information.
- Managing construction accounting processes, including tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- Maintaining effective communication with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate project-related activities.
- Overseeing utility-related tasks, such as arranging for underground installations.
- Assisting with permits and inspections by submitting applications and scheduling inspections.
- Handling billing activities, including generating invoices and tracking payments.
- Managing phone calls and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Providing IT support and addressing technical issues as needed.
What you need to succeed:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software and IT skills are essential for this position
- Familiarity with Buildertrend software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting, particularly in the construction industry
- Strong organization and communication skills
