Staff Accountant – Entry Level

We’re seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reconciliation processes, and contributing to operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Controller to complete timely and accurate reconciliations of general ledger accounts, including complex entries.
- Assist in reviewing and collecting reconciliations across departments, proactively tracking aging items and escalating as needed.
- Support payroll processing as a backup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process by assisting with departmental budget preparation.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Meet deadlines set by the CFO and Controller in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (internships or related experience welcome).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Familiarity with accounting software (experience preferred).
- Ability to calculate figures, analyze financial data, and learn new software quickly.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Self-disciplined and able to work under pressure.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $28.85/hr.
