Overnight Caregiver
Louisa, KY
Pay Rate: $14.50 hourly
Hours: Overnight - Saturday 4p-8a Tuesday 4p-8p Wednesday 4p-8a
Monday 8a-8p Thursday 8a-8p Friday- 4p-8a
We do not offer traditional schedules of Mon-Fri 8a-5p. Schedules are based on clients availability.

Please Note: You must be 18 years of age or older and have held a valid driver's license (not an intermediate or permit) for at least 12 months. You must also have a reliable vehicle to use each day you are scheduled to work as you may need to transport our clients to a medical appointment or outing.
Responsibilities

- Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
