Are you a talented and creative graphic designer ready to take on an exciting role within a growing Marketing team?

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 3-5+ years of experience to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of the brand's vision by creating visually compelling designs across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Senior Designer and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design work, including digital ads, print, social, presentations, website content, branding initiatives, and more. Your work will help elevate the brand’s visual identity and engage target audiences across digital and print platforms.

Who are you?

  • You have 3-5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a solid portfolio showcasing your work across social media, digital ads, print materials, and branding.
  • You thrive on variety and are excited to work on a wide range of projects, from digital assets to print materials, while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
  • You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and understand the importance of aligning design work with marketing goals.
  • You’re a detail-oriented designer who can quickly adapt to feedback and changes, while also managing your time effectively.
  • You’re proactive, curious, and eager to test new tools and techniques that can elevate your design skills and improve project outcomes.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Design high-quality assets for social media platforms, digital ads, email, presentations, solution briefs, and various web elements.
  • Create visually compelling print materials such as brochures, flyers, trade show assets, and more.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the creation of assets for larger multi-channel campaigns.
  • Scaling design efforts by optimizing existing templates and workflows, while also creating new designs for priority projects.
  • Develop infographics and data visualizations to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Collaborate with various marketing stakeholders, content writers, digital marketers, and developers to ensure cohesive design across all touchpoints.
  • Support internal communications efforts by designing materials for presentations and other corporate assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables while adapting to specific campaign needs.

What we’re looking for:

Must have skills/experience:

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience in Figma, Canva and Creatopy (ad creation tool) is a plus.
  • Proven experience designing for digital platforms, including social media content, display ads, email templates, and web elements.
  • Ability to create visually engaging print materials, including brochures, flyers, and trade show assets.
  • Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
  • Experience with digital marketing collateral like social media tiles, email design, animated graphics, and infographics.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure designs are optimized for user engagement and digital interaction is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout design, and composition for both digital and print formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising design quality.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring design alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Asana for task and deadline tracking.

Salary will depend on your experience and will be highly competitive.
