Job Overview – Graphic Designer at Creo Collective
We are seeking a talentedGraphic Designerto join our creative team. This role will focus on designing visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with B2B audiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and has experience designing for various digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, infographics, and email templates.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, content writers, and developers to create cohesive brand experiences.
- Translate complex B2B messaging into visually engaging designs that enhance communication and brand storytelling.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality across all materials.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Work with external vendors, such as printers or production partners, when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Proficiency in Hubspot or other CRM tool, specifically with building landing pages and email.
- Experience designing for web and digital platforms, including UI/UX principles.
- Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and provide design solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing B2B design work and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while delivering high-quality designs that are on brand.
- Ability to learn and execute on multiple client brands.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) for email design.
- Experience with illustration or animation
Though a contract position, to succeed in this role, we expect:
- Availability during working hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m.) – This means checking email to ensure timely responses to team and clients, watching GChat for internal messages, etc.
- Note: We have team members across the US; we can be flexible on working hours pending your location.
- 20-30 hours every week (billable) – This may include client-facing activities, such as client meetings or presentation of design elements to clients.
- Continuity and consistency – This means ensuring you save any working files to the creative folder before the end of every working day to ensure the team has access to all projects, if needed.
- Transparent and honest communication with your entire Creo team regarding availability and accessibility.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
