Part Time Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team and

contribute to the exceptional guest experience we\'re known for. As an

HR Assistant you will serve as a key point of contact for associates and

support the HR team with the day-to-day operations including onboarding,

employee relations, file management, office coordination and delivering

timely and professional service. This role will have flexible hours

between 8:30am to 5pm and work 20-29 hours per week. Connected to the

newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee is Milwaukee\'s

largest hotel. Built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, the Hilton

Milwaukee offers 729 well-appointed guest rooms and over 34,000 square

feet of meeting and event space. At the Hilton Milwaukee, we pride

service, upscale amenities, and superior style. What you will be doing:

\* Provide primary administrative, clerical, and front-line support to

the Human Resources Office, including answering calls, directing

inquiries, greeting associates, maintaining office organization, and

scheduling onboarding and HR-related appointments. \* Maintain and

organize accurate and up-to-date personnel, medical, benefits, and

general HR files in compliance with confidentiality standards. \*

Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of HR forms, supplies, and

equipment (e.g., name tag and ID badge materials). \* Ensure the

associate self-help area is well-stocked with relevant forms and

distribute items such as Starbucks vouchers and movie tickets. \*

Support system access needs (e.g., Hilton Lobby password creation and

troubleshooting), and maintaining up-to-date communication channels such

as bulletin boards and cafeteria TVs. \* Assist in planning and

executing associate recognition and engagement events, including

programs like People Pleaser of the Month/Year. \* Assist candidates and

new hires throughout the onboarding process, including application and

login support, preparing welcome packets, coordinating orientation,

supporting completion of compliance training, and providing hotel tours.

\* Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Human

Resources team. What we are looking for: \* Previous experience in Human

Resources, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. \* Bachelor\'s

degree preferred; Associate\'s degree at a minimum. \* Proficient in

basic computer applications including Microsoft Office. \* Strong

attention to detail with the ability to accurately file and organize
