We’re looking for a detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day HR operations support, with a focus on employee relations and compliance management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This position is remote, though we prefer candidates based in Texas for occasional team collaboration.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8-5pm CT
Responsibilities
- Assist HR leadership with employee relations documentation, compliance reporting, and audits.
- Partner with HR leadership to support compliance and employee relations processes.
- Protect sensitive information by maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of employee files and records.
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, etc., escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
- Partner with HR leaders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
- Support HR programs and events such as benefits enrollment, training sessions, company-wide meetings, employee recognition, and celebrations.
- Provide administrative support to HR Department (Including Total Rewards, L&D, & Talent Acquisition)
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR administrative, HR coordinator, or HR generalist capacity (not recruitment-focused).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes such as employee records, compliance, and employee relations support.
- Experience working with HR policies, compliance audits, or HR investigations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG experience preferred)
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification is a plus.
Compensation
$45,000 - $50,000 per year
