Starting pay is $31.08 per hour plus additional wage premiums. Shift: 6 AM to 6 PM - Thurs, Fri, Sat, and alternating Wednesdays. The position includes a $2000 graduated sign-on bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed coater line
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
• Collaborate with management to improve safety, quality, cost and productivity

We Need You To Have

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to pass a mechanics test
• Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's coater lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
