This isn’t just another AM role. You’ll be the go-to strategist for your portfolio of brands—driving growth, solving problems, and leading with ideas that actually move the needle.

What You’ll Do
  • Own a portfolio of ~4–5 Amazon brands end-to-end (Seller Central & Vendor Central).
  • Craft and execute smart growth strategies: listings, SEO, pricing, PPC alignment, inventory.
  • Keep accounts healthy and future-proofed with daily checks + weekly recommendations.
  • Dive into the numbers—analyzing competitors, trends, and performance to spot opportunities.
  • Lead client calls with confidence, turning insights into action plans that impress.
  • Partner with PPC, creatives, and ops to deliver seamless results.
  • Handle escalated support cases like a pro and find solutions fast.
  • Mentor junior Account Managers—help them grow while raising the bar for client success.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon account management experience (Seller Central / Vendor Central).
  • Proven wins: you’ve grown accounts, launched products, and boosted revenue.
  • Strong data chops—you know how to tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and compliance.
  • Excellent communicator with clients and teammates.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—you don’t just manage, you own.
  • Fluent in English (bonus points for EU languages).
