We’re a family-owned Pepsi bottler in southeastern Arizona seeking a Sr Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager to lead one of our key market locations. This role oversees all aspects of beverage selling and delivery operations — with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations across sales, merchandising and delivery teams
• Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Mentor and develop the sales staff and supervisory leadership
• Manage budgets and KPIs
• Champion process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in beverage sales operations leadership
• Strong background in sales, distribution, and team development
• Experience with Pepsi-Cola or Coca-Cola preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools, and financial reporting
• A collaborative, strategic, and hands-on leader
