Summary

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Production Fabricators to join our team. The Production Fabricator is responsible for assembling, cutting, welding, and shaping materials to produce high-quality parts and products according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Cut, weld, grind, and finish metal or other materials as required.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in fabrication, welding, or production work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to operate fabrication tools and machinery safely.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Certification in welding or fabrication.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
