• Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.28 per hour, depending on shift.
• Shift Options:
  • 1st Shift | 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM | Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday | $16.00
  • 2nd Shift | 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM | Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday | $16.80
  • 3rd Shift | 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM | Sunday-Friday OR Monday-Saturday | $17.28
• Employment Type: Seasonal (approximately 3+ months)

What You\'ll Do Each Day

• Set up, operate, and adjust printing and sorting machines to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality checks, confirm quantities, and verify orders match batch tickets.
• Operate presorting machines, separate damaged mail, and request reprints when necessary.
• Manually insert forms into envelopes, affix tags to carriers, and package materials for mailing.
• Place sorted mail into bins for delivery to the post office.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve productivity, safety, and quality goals.
• Cross-train to learn multiple machines and equipment in the production process.

What We're Looking For

• Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable standing for long periods (approximately 95% of shift) and lifting 20-50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
