Supervise all phases of store production operations to ensure goals are met safely and efficiently. Responsible for monitoring all store production functions to conform to company policies. Ensure store operates both safely and environmentally compliant, while effectively and efficiently working within the guidelines of the administrative policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

  1. Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety Team to ensure stores adhere to all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Promote a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant store for employees and customers.
  2. Responsible for store housekeeping.
  3. Maintain all equipment properly, report issues, and adhere to the preventative maintenance program.
  4. Collaborate with sales and production personnel to improve store results and execute company strategies.
  5. Participate in hiring, training, delegating, and scheduling personnel.
  6. Monitor and evaluate job performance; train and develop staff.
  7. Communicate and implement policies and procedures; lead by example.
  8. Lead customer care functions as needed.
  9. Participate in production duties as needed.
  10. Ensure production goals are met by monitoring activities.
  11. Work with corporate support to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  12. Spend at least 85% of time working directly with the production team.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Activities:

  • Stand, walk, bend, climb, and stretch for extended periods.
  • Handle tools and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain sufficient vision to perform tasks safely.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Supervise, train, and appraise non-exempt hourly employees.

Job Conditions:

  • Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Occasional exposure to minimal chemical hazards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Certification in all production equipment and approval to operate all PNP equipment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Previous supervisory experience in production, construction, or operations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Experience in scheduling employees in a production environment.
  • Experience in the automotive field is a plus but not required.
