Overview

Production Supervisor role at a leading-edge battery manufacturing facility supporting the automotive industry. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with strong compensation and career advancement potential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
• Lead and coach a team of production operators and technicians
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to meet targets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and scrap
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals
• Maintain accurate production and performance records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment
• Automotive or battery production experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
